End-milling machines are conceived to mill the ends of the horizontal beam profiles of alu and pvc *doors and windows. It is possible to end-mill the profiles both at 90° and at variable angles. The permanent use of both hands is required on all our end-milling machines, in order to avoid any damage to the operator. The working area is entirely covered by an interlocked protection, preventing the operator to open it directly.

The semi-automatic M100 and the manual M110 are the ideal products if you’re looking for a strong and reliable end-milling machine for an average workload, with the possibility to mill at any angles from 30° up to 135°. A graduated angular scale is applied onto the clamp and ensures an accurate positioning of the profile.
If you need to end-mill at an angle of 22,5°, you can choose the end-milling machines M200 or M210, featuring bigger dimensions and longer stroke.
In case of higher workloads, the end-milling machines M300 and M310, with inverter and movement on linear guides, can reach a higher working speed: the tool can work at up to 6000 rpm.
